I would definitely recommend this property. All in all a great stay. Positive: The location is wonderful and it is not nearly as crowded as the nearby resorts. Great value for the price. Negative: The A/C was too cold and confusing to program. The dryer takes 3 hours to dry. A foldable drying rack would have been helpful. Also could have used a few stemless wine glasses.

This was our 3rd trip to this property and our 2nd booking at this exact room and we plan to return. Positive: Excellent location, close to the lagoon. Negative: Kitchen faucet was leaking and master bedroom mattress is in need of replacement.

great place, very clean

The condo was extremely dirty. There were ants in the kitchen. Every time you flushed the toilet, it would make a loud piercing noise that you would have to open up the tank and fix something to get it to stop. The furniture in the second bedroom was broken and looks like it was from a flea market. One of the chairs had pieces sticking out of it that my daughter scrapped her arm on. One of the barstools was broken and about to fall over. There was a broken fan on the living room floor that we couldn’t use. Almost all of the walls were scuffed and dirty. The carpet was very dirty. This condo needs a major overhaul. We reached out to the management several times. Five days after we reached out they came up to spray for ants and fix the toilet, but after they were gone, the two problems still occurred. It was a very disappointing stay. As well as we had booked a ground floor and this was on the fifth floor. So we were lied to right from the beginning. I also have to say I have never written a review in my life, even if things weren’t good. However, I felt like this was such an extreme situation that I needed to voice my opinion.

Everything was good and we had good experiences with all employees including with Shane Lewis.
