KBV OT-410 - Luxury 2BR Villa – Ko Olina Beach Villas – Sleeps 6 | Lanai | Walk to Lagoons & Aulani

The Ko Olina Beach Villas worked out great for our family of 6. Unit OT410 was conveniently close to the elevator and a short walk to the pools and beautiful lagoon. The lanai was well furnished and very relaxing. The pool bar had live music at sunset with the oceanfront backdrop, which was amazing! The staff was outstanding, from the greeter, Shane, to the front desk staff who were helpful and accommodating, including providing a day parking pass for our family who lives on Oahu to visit with us. Only recommended improvement would be more food options on-site. There is a limited menu at the pool bar and since the Beach Villas are more or less condo's, you either have to get groceries or go to one of the neighboring hotels/restaurants. Unfortunately, the week we were there was during a "Kona low" storm, so it rained heavily 4 of 7 days but facility-wise this was perfect and we hope to return again in the future probably in the summer or Fall since Dec-March is the rainy season and far less predictable sunny weather.

Fabulous property. Private, nice size unit, bar downstairs is great, pool is nice. Beach/Lagoon is beautiful.

Our son and his family were in another villa on property. So we had a number of views of the property and golf course which was great.

We go every spring break for years now. It’s a great property, beautiful condo and very welcoming. Super spacious, this condo was close to the elevator which was very convenient. Pools are family friendly and the lagoons are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and inviting. We will be back for sure!
