Overall very good location, right next to the lagoons. Beautiful views. Home was cozy, clean had everything we needed. contact with host was not be best, contacted twice never got a reply. otherwise was awesome

First, the property was as pictured. Beautiful room, great lanai and view of Aulani, some ocean views, and greenery. The room itself was fantastic and had absolutely everything we needed except for groceries. Make no mistake, this condo is luxurious, clean, and fantastic for my family.Host was prompt, met us at the front, and even carried our luggage to the room to show us every perk, button, and comfort. Very kind to my family. The bar was great with live music almost every night. Ocean is right there! There are also 2 great pools and an amazing Koi Pond. The lagoon has great snorkeling, and its an easy walk to the other lagoons to explore.

comfortable and satisfied Positive: There are birds showing up at the guest room window every morning, highly recommended for bird lovers! Negative: There were some roaches and beetles discovered in the room.

Place was very peaceful. We had a great trip with 3 teenage girls. I truly enjoyed this place and will do it again.

The Ko Olina Beach Villas worked out great for our family of 6. Unit OT410 was conveniently close to the elevator and a short walk to the pools and beautiful lagoon. The lanai was well furnished and very relaxing. The pool bar had live music at sunset with the oceanfront backdrop, which was amazing! The staff was outstanding, from the greeter, Shane, to the front desk staff who were helpful and accommodating, including providing a day parking pass for our family who lives on Oahu to visit with us. Only recommended improvement would be more food options on-site. There is a limited menu at the pool bar and since the Beach Villas are more or less condo's, you either have to get groceries or go to one of the neighboring hotels/restaurants. Unfortunately, the week we were there was during a "Kona low" storm, so it rained heavily 4 of 7 days but facility-wise this was perfect and we hope to return again in the future probably in the summer or Fall since Dec-March is the rainy season and far less predictable sunny weather.
