Royal Kuhio 1703 - Spazioso monolocale con splendida vista sulle montagne nel cuore di Waikiki!

Hawai'i heaven Positive: The room itself was simple and well furnished. The fridge, dishwasher and oven are dated, but worked well. The kitchen has the basics to cook with, but why bother when there are multitudes of restaurants close by. The room tends to get quite hot throughout the day, but the air conditioner and circulating fan did a good job of cooling the room. The laundry is accessible on the 7th floor, and a roll of quarters can easily be obtained from security. The view towards the mountains was spectacular during sunset and sunrise and when it rained. Negative: There wasn't much to not dislike.

Appartamento da curare un po' di più Positive: Posizione davvero comoda e centrale sia per negozi, food truck che per la spiaggia di Waikiki. Raggiungibile facilmente anche coi bus. Appartamento carino e struttura dotata di piscina, lavanderia e spazio BBQ (mai utilizzati) Negative: Condizionatore molto rumoroso e anche la zona (nonostante fossimo al 17 piano, dovevamo tenere chiuse le finestre per colpa dei rumori della strada e del gallo dalle 5 del mattino). Shampoo/bagnoschiuma sono tra le dotazioni, ma in realtà abbiamo avuto 2 campioncini (noi 3 persone per 1 settimana di soggiorno). Inoltre mi sarebbe piaciuto avere detersivi e pezze per dare una pulita (tavolo, bagno...) ma la struttura non ne è dotata e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto acquistarli io (cosa che non ho fatto perché essendo in aereo non avrei poi potuto portarmi via le rimanenze). Anche il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione.

Good location. Just hope you don't need to reach anyone over the weekend. Positive: Excellent location. Negative: Unit was listed with 3 beds, which includes a sofa bed. Unfortunately, there was only 1 sheet provided for the sofa. To make matters worse, from 5pm Friday to 9am Monday, you will not be able get any service from anyone. Had to use the sofa bed for 3 days without sheets. Unacceptable.

Lived up to all our expectations and more Positive: Location amazing decent size property ideal to travel all over Hawaii plenty of shopping close by and an amazing range of Asian food halls and an fabulous noodle bar called Marugame Udon only a block away a must visit. All beaches within short walking distance as is the zoo and an amazing natural lagoon ideal if your looking for a nice place to take the children for a day. The is good local and cost effective public transport to places like Pearl Harbour. All in all good value for the cost. I will take you only 10 minutes of strolling around to fall in love with this place.

十分な広さと良いロケーション Positive: ワイキキの便利な場所に位置しており、山側の景色を一望できます。 ３人で泊まったので、2人はベッドで1人はソファベッドで寝ました。ソファベッドは開いてみるととても大きくてびっくりしました！ ローテーブルの他に、4人掛けのダイニングテーブルがあり、食事等に便利でした。 1階ロビーには24時間セキュリティの人が滞在しており、何かあれば電話できるので安心です。 近くにMcDonald、ABC Storeがあります。 Negative: 古い建物なので、ドアの鍵をかける時、コツが必要です。
