Beautiful property

The room was fantastic and had a lanai that led directly outside to the primary pool. A short walk beyond that was the pool bar and the beach/lagoon. Almost everything was as expected. The only challenge we had was the air conditioning would not get below 75* which made for some very warm sleeping. The air was checked in the first few days and then the main bedroom unit went bad on our last full day. I’m not sure if this is the same for all of the rooms but I’d expect a room to be able to maintain 70* given it was only 82-85 at the peak of the day. Other than the air conditioning, this room was fantastic.

Clean room with pool access.

This was our second time at the villas, first time at this unit and we loved it. Super easy Access to the pool, BBQ grills, beach and bar was a game changer and made everything all the more accessible - especially for a family with young children (we stayed with our 1 and 4 year old). The unit was perfect for us and clean. Bed was comfortable, rooms and bathrooms spacious. Lots of pool toys for our little ones. For future guests, the kitchen had enough for us to cook with in terms of utensils, equipment - although we cooked lightly. You’ll likely need to get cooking oil, spices, tin foil, and other necessities - Not a big deal as there’s shopping nearby but helpful if you want to shop prior to arriving. One comment for KBV overall is to bring back live music most nights! It used to be every day except sundays and now just weekend eves. We had such a blast with the kids on the one night we had live music.
